Ingredients: AAA ceremonial grade matcha powder
Preparation: Sift 1–2 teaspoons of matcha into a bowl. Blend with 2 tablespoons of room-temperature water until smooth. Add 6 oz of hot (not boiling) water, then whisk until frothy. Enjoy plain, or add your preferred cream or honey, or blend into lattes, smoothies, and baking.
Serving Size: One ounce of matcha makes approximately 10–15 servings, depending on your desired strength.
