Shipping policy
Please note that the shipping time does not include the order processing time. We do our best to process orders as timely as possible. We are excited for you to receive your products and enjoy them!
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume seasons, our processing window may be extended. We will contact you if there is any delay with your order.
Once your order has shipped and USPS is in possession of your package, they are ultimately responsible for the delivery and will provide you with estimations based on your tracking number. Please reach out to us if you have any questions at support @shopmeganspantry.com
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, these are based on item weight and the shipping destination.
We gladly offer Free Shipping on domestic orders over $75!
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Megan's Pantry in Albuquerque, NM. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours vary Monday through Friday, or Saturdays 10am -2pm. When you place your pickup order, we will reach out to coordinate your pick up time. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are in need of international shipping, please contact us at support@shopmeganspantry.com and we can determine a possible solution.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@shopmeganspantry.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We appreciate your understanding in this. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@shopmeganspantry.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. USPS is responsible for the condition of your delivery, however we address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution with the USPS system.
