Returns & Refunds
We want you to truly love what arrives at your door. Because so many of our products are consumable or made for personal care, whether an item can be returned depends on what it is.
Eligible for return or exchange (within 14 days)
These reusable accessories may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery:
- Gemstone Tea Infuser Ball
- Natural Boar Bristle Body Brush
- Car Diffuser & Hanging Essential Oil Diffuser sets
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any loss in value from an item not returned in its original condition may be deducted from the refund. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. To start a return, email support@shopmeganspantry.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Final sale
Due to the nature of our products, all consumable and personal-care goods — including teas, candles, soaps, bath soaks and salts, essential oils, food and pantry items, and gift sets containing these items — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or defective orders
If anything arrives damaged or defective, email us as soon as possible at support@shopmeganspantry.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item's condition, and we'll make it right on a case-by-case basis.
