The Perfect Summer Peach Iced Tea
Serves 2 | Ready in 10 minutes (Hot Brew)
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Summer Peach Tea (loose leaf)
- 16 oz filtered water
- Juice of 1 fresh orange
- 1–2 tablespoons raw honey (optional)
- Fresh mint sprigs
- 6-10 slices of fresh or frozen peaches
- Ice
Instructions:
Hot Brew Option
- Bring water to boil. Steep tea for 4–5 minutes.
- Fill glasses with ice and 3-5 peach slices.
- Pour hot tea directly over ice.
- Add orange juice and honey, stir.
- Top with fresh mint and serve.
Cold Brew Option
- Add loose tea and water to a small pitcher or jar and soak 8-12 hours, or overnight.
- Fill glasses with ice and 3-5 peach slices.
- Pour sifted tea over ice.
- Add orange juice and honey, stir.
- Top with fresh mint and serve.
Tip: For a party pitcher, brew a double batch and refrigerate for up to 48 hours. It only gets better.
