Hot or Iced?

The Perfect Summer Peach Iced Tea

Serves 2 | Ready in 10 minutes (Hot Brew)

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Summer Peach Tea (loose leaf)
  • 16 oz filtered water
  • Juice of 1 fresh orange
  • 1–2 tablespoons raw honey (optional)
  • Fresh mint sprigs
  • 6-10 slices of fresh or frozen peaches
  • Ice

Instructions:

Hot Brew Option

  1. Bring water to boil. Steep tea for 4–5 minutes.
  2. Fill glasses with ice and 3-5 peach slices.
  3. Pour hot tea directly over ice.
  4. Add orange juice and honey, stir.
  5. Top with fresh mint and serve.

Cold Brew Option

  1. Add loose tea and water to a small pitcher or jar and soak 8-12 hours, or overnight.
  2. Fill glasses with ice and 3-5 peach slices.
  3. Pour sifted tea over ice.
  4. Add orange juice and honey, stir.
  5. Top with fresh mint and serve.

Tip: For a party pitcher, brew a double batch and refrigerate for up to 48 hours. It only gets better.
